Adam Davenport (Satellite Award winner for Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery) made history as the first African American actor to appear in both Serbian and Croatian cinema for his roles in Rados Bajić’s Heroes of Halyard and Danilo Šerbedžija’s Dražen. His portrayal of real-life WWII pilot James Alonzo Walker earned Best Supporting Actor honors from more than a dozen international festivals, including the Anatolian Film Awards (Turkey), Eastern Europe Film Festival, Five Continents, New York International Film Awards, Oniros, Rome International Movie Awards and Sweden Films. A multi-hyphenate artist, he previously made history as the first African American producer to chart on Billboard for EDM when his debut single “My Return Address Is You” broke into the top 25 of the Billboard Dance Club Chart.
He graduated from Yale University and is a member of BAFTA, the European Film Academy and National Alliance of Acting Teachers. As the artistic director of The International Acting Studio (TIAS), he is also a certified Chubbuck Technique Teacher and Designated Meisner Teacher. He also co-produced the feature film Furlough, starring Academy Award winners Melissa Leo, Whoopi Goldberg and Anna Paquin.
