Effie Demetriou is a dedicated actress with extensive training in both stage and screen performance. Beginning her journey at the age of seven at Nandia Tomasidou Youth Theatre, she spent seven years honing her craft before further developing her skills at The Film and Stage Studio. Alongside acting, Effie has cultivated a passion for screenwriting, reflecting her multifaceted approach to storytelling.

She has performed in a variety of roles across student and professional projects, including lead performances in “Dream Race” (2024), directed by Mariella Constantinou, and “The Eraser” (2026), a professional short film which she also wrote, directed by Andreani Constanti. She has also performed a supporting role in the international feature film “Ma Fille Tu Seras Libre”, directed by Bachir Bensaddek.

Fluent in English and Greek, Effie is eager to collaborate on international productions and bring authenticity and depth to every character she portrays.
