Born and raised in Cyprus, Nicolina Papas is a bilingual actor fluent in English and Greek. After spending nine years in England, she is now based in Cyprus, bringing her diverse training and passion for performance to projects across film, theater, and voice work.  

Nicolina studied Drama at Queen Mary University of London, where she honed her skills in dramaturgy, performance composition, and various theater practices, including Ancient Theatre, Commedia Dell’Arte, Theatre of the Absurd, and Performance Art. She trained in acting at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, specializing in the Stanislavski System, Grotowski’s techniques, Laban Movement and voice work.  

Her experience spans feature films, short films, and stage performances. Recent credits include “The Evil Fairy Queen” (dir. Simon Wells, UK) and “The Lookout” (dir. Paolo Antypa, Cyprus). Known for her compelling character work and accent versatility, Nicolina approaches her craft with a deep love for storytelling and a constant desire to learn and grow.  

In addition to acting, Nicolina is a talented painter and collaborates with a heavy metal band as a writer, creating a fantasy fiction story currently in development and set to be published in the future.”
