Michael Dukakis is an accomplished actor, writer, and screenwriter with extensive international training and experience in the entertainment industry. A graduate of the Greek Art Theater, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, he got trained at the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain and he also earned a Screenwriting Certificate from UCLA.

As a screenwriter, Michael has written four short screenplays that have received 23 nominations and won 13 screenplay competitions. He has also completed two feature-length screenplays and a limited series exploring timely and thought-provoking themes, including child abuse, LGBTQ+ issues, climate change, and narcissism.

As a performer, Michael has captivated audiences around the world with The Eulogy, Kambanellis’ acclaimed one-man show, which he has performed in more than 60 venues internationally. His work is recognized for its compelling blend of humor, emotional depth, and powerful storytelling.

Michael currently divides his time between the United States and Greece. His screen credits include appearances in the U.S. television series A Grunt’s Life and the European limited series Kabul. Most recently, he adapted his psychological thriller Punish Me from screenplay to stage, with its world premiere in Los Angeles receiving critical acclaim and enthusiastic reviews.

Michael is currently seeking to bring his feature screenplays, To the Moon and Punish Me, to the big screen, continuing his commitment to creating compelling, socially relevant stories for international audiences.
