George Ukachukwu is a Greek-British-Nigerian actor based in Greece. His passion for acting began long before his formal training, as he spent six years as a dedicated member of his school’s drama club throughout middle and high school. During this time, he worked on a diverse range of texts, from Ancient Greek theatre to Brecht’s The Threepenny Opera.
George went on to graduate from East 15 Acting School in 2021 with a BA in Acting. While there, he wrote his debut play, Kindred Spirits, which was performed as part of the International Festival of New Work in 2020. Committed to honing his craft, he has also trained in Screen Acting—earning a scholarship from MX Masterclass—and Stage Combat with True Edge.
Professionally, George has worked across theatre, television, and short films. His recent credits include Elizadeth (dir. Dimitris Karatzias) and Archelaou 5 Street (dir. Fotini Kotrotsi, Dimitris Tsakaleas, and Lyda Vartzioti).
Beyond acting, he enjoys basketball, poetry, writing, chess, and acrobatics.
