Christos Grozos is a graduate of the School of Drama of the National Theatre of Northern Greece. He began studying drama after he had completed his studies in the English Department of Aristotle University in Thessaloniki. He took part in two theatre productions of the National Theatre of Northern Greece and then collaborated with the Municipal Regional Theatre of Serres. He worked on stage in Thessaloniki and Athens and he was part of the open air theatre performance “Medea and other Friends I Made in Athens”, an awarded show for English speaking audiences in Greece. Additionally, he was involved in major educational and creative projects in the Netherlands and Italy.
His latest credits include the role of Philip in Marius Von Mayenburg’s “Nachtland” for the Theatre Organisation of Cyprus (THOC), a sold out performance for 5 weeks in a row in Nicosia, Cyprus directed by Athena Xenidou.
He took part in various short films, including “Astoria” a film by Gabriel Athanasiou which was screened at several festivals in Greece and around the globe, nominated in Drama International Short Film Festival and for the Hellenic Film Academy Awards.
