His daily routine is simple and comforting: a Burekas - a flaky, savory pastry - every morning from Musa's bakery. When recurring dizzy spells send him to the doctor, ltzik receives an unexpected diagnosis - he must give up carbs. Completely. He embarks on a funny, painful, and absurd journey that pushes him to the edge and at the same time, to the unexpected possibility of love.

The film has received 5 nominations including, Best Actor, Best Screenplay, Best Supporting Actress, Best Music and Best Casting at the Israeli Film Academy Awards.
