Milena Cocozza

Milena a seasoned film artist, began a prolific career as an assistant director, gaining expertise in set management and a passion for directing actors. In 2018, her feature film debut, the thriller “Bed N.6.”, presented at the Turin Film Festival and produced by the Manetti Bros, found international success.

In recent years, Milena directed the acclaimed “The Sea Beyond” series, a prison teen drama, available also on Netflix, and contributed to Italian series like “L’ Ispettore Coliandro” and “I Delitti del Barlume.” In 2023, Milena directed the entire first season of “Kostas,” based on Petros Markaris’ novels, shot in Greece for Italian television. Milena continues to make impactful strides in the film industry, leaving an enduring mark with each project.
