"From Idea to Film" is a two-day workshop on developing a film idea with the main speaker being our very own director, screenwriter and editor Yannis Sakaridis, with the participation of directors and screenwriters Giorgos Zois and Thanasis Neofotistos, our Co-founder and Director: Athina Xenidou, as well as psychotherapist Denise Nikolakou.
Through practical exercises, character analysis, scenes, images and live feedback, participants work on their own idea and transform it into a pure cinematic core.
For young directors, screenwriters, actors who want to develop their own material, short film makers, film students, people with an idea who don't know how to make it into a film, professionals who are stuck on the synopsis, the treatment or the first draft. For creators of all levels who want to work seriously on their film idea.
