Stavros Gasparatos is an internationally recognized composer whose work spans film, television and contemporary performance. Blending orchestral writing, electronic sound design and minimalism, his music is known for its cinematic atmosphere and strong sense of spatial storytelling. Over the past two decades he has composed original scores for more than 200 productions across film, theatre, dance and multimedia works. 


He is the recipient of the Hellenic Film Academy Award for Best Original Score, the Young Creator Award from the Greek Theatre and Music Critics Association, and multiple Audience Awards from Athinorama Magazine. His music has been presented internationally at institutions including BAM – Brooklyn Academy of Music (New York), Dallas Opera, and Centre Pompidou (Paris), as well as major Greek venues such as the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurusand the National Theatre of Greece. His work moves between cinematic scoring, large-scale stage productions and immersive sound environments created in collaboration with leading artists in theatre and dance.
