Anastasios Katsaris

Anastasios Katsaris is a composer, sound designer, and re-recording mixer with over 20 years of professional experience. He began his career as a composer and arranger and has since expanded his practice to include sound design, dialogue editing, and re-recording mixing across a wide range of media.

He has composed music and delivered sound design for hundreds of commercials, television productions, short films, and feature films. Since 2003, he has been working as composer-in-residence at the Eugenides Digital Planetarium in Athens.

Anastasios has extensive experience in dialogue and sound editing, theatrical 5.1 and 7.1 mixing, and localization mixing for television and cinema, with a particular focus on French television productions. He is also proficient in immersive audio formats, including ambisonics and Dolby Atmos.

He works from a professionally equipped studio with far-field monitoring, capable of delivering a broad range of surround and immersive audio formats. His work is characterized by technical precision, creative soundscapes, and a strong commitment to enhancing narrative through sound.
