Diamantis Karanastasis

Diamantis Karanastasis is a Greek actor recognized for compelling work across theatre and screen, bringing intensity, clarity, strong presence and emotional truth to a wide range of roles. With a career built on both stage craft and on-camera experience, he has collaborated on major productions in Greece, while also expanding into international work.

Beyond acting, he is an award-winning filmmaker, director and producer. His feature film My Blood—which he produced, wrote and edited—received 9 awards and multiple honours at festivals worldwide, and was distinguished by the Hellenic Film Academy Awards with two nominations and one win.

A leading voice in the industry as well, he has recorded 8,000+ voice-overs for commercials, documentaries, television and cinema, and selected animated franchises. Through his post-production studio DACOS (since 2007), he has produced and delivered hundreds of audiovisual works, including commercial productions, filming, podcasts, radio plays and web-based narrative projects
