Jennifer Cozza James

Jennifer has a BA in English and an MFA in Acting, and a great love for both writing and acting permeates her work.

In collaboration with William Coarson James, she co-runs the Innate Acting Studio, working with professional and aspiring actors to hone and elevate their craft. Coaching became a natural by-product of Jennifer’s desire to take ownership of her own craft and instrument as an actor. It is now her passion to contribute her deep understanding of the craft to the professional development of other actors, and to help them evolve their instrument and their art.

As a VoiceOver artist, Jennifer has been the brand voice for multiple companies and campaigns over the years. She has also narrated an award winning documentary and non- scripted television. As an actor she has performed in over 75 stage plays, and has led several independent films and new media projects. Most recently she lent her acting talents in both VoiceOver and on-camera roles for the upcoming features Syphon and Winter: Battleground.

Along with her partner William Coarson James, she is a co-founder of Willow Brook Studios, their aspiring production company. Willow Brook Studios most recently co- produced with Smooth Blend Films, The Unicorn That Never Lies, an original short film which garnered multiple festival wins and accolades.

As writers, Jennifer and William are currently developing four feature film projects and will soon be collaborating with Smooth Blend Films on an upcoming project, The Mark Of The Forest, filming in Europe.

As a creative team Jennifer and William are committed to producing on an international level, and providing opportunities for artists all over the world to come together in collaboration.
